CAPITOL CATERERS ESWATINI OPENS STATE OF THE ART PREMISES IN MATSHAPA

The industrial catering company, Capitol Caterers Eswatini, has recently invested SZL 7million in new offices, canteen facilities and industrial kitchen facilities .

Speaking at the opening of their new premises at King Sobhuza 11 Avenue on Wednesday 10 July, Company Chairman, Mr Giles King, said this investment was made as a result of a growing economy and increased business opportunities.

He emphasised that as a fully registered company in Eswatini, all dividends were retained in the country, which contributed favourably to the company’s financial sustainability.

King added that all employees are Eswatini nationals and that 21% of the company’s shareholding was held by its employees in The Workers Trust. The purpose of the Trust is to empower employees and reward them for their service and commitment to the company.

The beneficiaries of The Workers Trust receive annual dividend payouts which further enhance both their own and family’s well-being.

Support services by way of staff training, specialist dietetics and management services are provided by its sister company, Capitol Caterers, as and when required.

“We are proud to work with local businesses in the sourcing of our produce and other consumables. We are inspired by the confidence of the Eswatini people and its economy,” concluded King.

The new premises were officially opened by The Honourable Manqoba Khumalo, Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry who also delivered the Keynote Address.

Price Gija was in attendance and delivered the Opening Address.

The event was attended by over 100 local business persons and clients.
