Stenalder Bread

INGREDIENTS:

100g pumpkin seeds
100g sunflower seeds
100g blanched almonds
100g walnuts
80g flax seeds
80g sesame seeds
5 eggs
100ml olive oil
1 tsp salt

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Mix in the eggs and pour into a greased bread tin.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
  5. Allow to cool and slice very thinly.
